[摘 要] 目的 調查研究河北省社区医务人员对中医“治未病”的认知概况,并提出合理化推进建议.方法 采用自制问卷方法,于2015年3月—2016年3月在河北省内11个地级市随机抽取33个社区在岗的医务人员330名进行调研,内容包括：医务人员基本情况、医务人员对中医“治未病”了解情况.结果 252名（77.78% ）听说过中医“治未病”,听说途径主要是报刊书籍杂志（46.60%）、社区宣传（36.73%）和学术讲座（33.33%）,63.27%的人认为开展中医“治未病”有意义,45.99%的人对中医“治未病”实施现状满意.“治未病”应开展的服务项目主要为养生保健（68.83%）,危险因素干预（59.26%）和愈后保养（51.23%）.不同受教育程度、职称、专业、实施有意义认知情况和对现状满意情况的医务人员的中医“治未病”熟知情况比较,差异有统计学意义（P<0.005）.结论 河北省社区医务人员的中医“治未病”知晓率较高,但对于“治未病”现状满意度较低,不同情况的医务人员的中医“治未病”熟知情况不同.

Cognitive Status Quo and Suggestions on TCM Treatment of Diseases among Community Medical Workers in Hebei Province

[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to investigate the cognition situation of community medical staff in Hebei Province on“treating the disease” of traditional Chinese medicine and to put forward suggestions of rationalization promotion. Methods From March 2015 to March 2016, 330 medical workers in 33 communities were randomly selected from 11 prefecture-level cities in Hebei province for investigation. The contents were as follows： basic information of medical staffs, medical staffs Chinese medicine “cure disease” to understand the situation. Results 252 cases （77.78%） heard that traditional Chinese medicine “cure disease”, the main channels were books and periodicals （46.60%）, community awareness （36.73%） and academic lectures （33.33%）, 63.27% Chinese medicine "cure disease" makes sense, 45.99% of people are satisfied with the status quo of Chinese medicine "cure disease" implementation. The main service items of "cure disease" should be health care （68.83%）, risk factors intervention （59.26%） and prognosis （51.23%）. The difference was statistically significant （P<0.005） between the familiarity of TCM with different education level, professional title, implementation of meaningful cognition and satisfaction with the status quo. Conclusion The awareness rate of traditional Chinese medicine“treatment of disease” is relatively high among community health workers in Hebei Province. However, there is a low level of satisfaction with the status quo of "treatment of disease", and the familiarity of "medical treatment of disease" by medical staff in different situations is different.
