[摘 要] 目的 探讨疏肝健脾方剂治疗肝郁脾虚型脾胃病临床疗效及其对患者Hp清除和胃黏膜修复的影响效果. 方法 选择2014年2月～2016年12月在我院治疗的80例肝郁脾虚型脾胃病患者,按照随机数字法分为两组,对照组40例予以常规西药治疗,研究组40例予以常规西药联合疏肝健脾汤治疗.比较两组患者临床疗效、胃黏膜修复情况、临床症状改善情况、Hp清除情况. 结果 研究组患者临床总有效率（95.00%）显著高于对照组（77.50%）（P<0.05）.研究组患者胃黏膜修复率（92.50%）显著高于对照组（65.00%）（P<0.05）.研究组患者脘腹隐痛、腹部胀满、食欲減退、嗳气反酸、神疲乏力、大便不调、胸胁胀痛、烦躁易怒、口苦咽干、失眠多梦等临床症状改善情况优于对照组,且脘腹隐痛、食欲减退、神疲乏力等临床症状改善率显著高于对照组（P<0.05）.两组患者Hp清除率比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）.研究组Hp清除率（92.50%）显著高于对照组（67.50%）（P<0.05）. 结论 疏肝健脾方剂治疗肝郁脾虚型脾胃病可显著改善患者临床症状,清除Hp修复胃黏膜,疗效确切,值得在临床上推广使用.

Clinical efficacy of soothing liver and invigorating spleen formula on treating liver-qi stagnation and spleen-deficiency type of spleen and stomach disease

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of soothing liver and invigorating spleen formula in the treatment of liver-qi stagnation and spleen-deficiency type of spleen and stomach disease and its effect on the clearance of Hp and the recovery of gastric mucosa. Methods 80 patients of liver-qi stagnation and spleen-deficiency type of spleen and stomach disease receiving treatment in our hospital from February 2014 to December 2016 were randomly divided into 2 groups. 40 cases were treated with conventional western medicine（control group）. 40 cases were treated with conventional western medicine combined with soothing liver and invigorating spleen decoction（study group）.The clinical efficacy,the recovery of gastric mucosa,the improvement of clinical symptoms and the clearance of Hp were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group（95.00%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （77.50%）（P<0.05）. The recovery rate of gastric mucosa in the study group（92.50%） was significantly higher than the control group（65.00%）（P<0.05）.The improvement of abdominal pain, abdominal distension, loss of appetite,belching,acid regurgitation, lassitude, abnormal stool, chest pain, irritability, mouth and throat pain,insomnia and other symptoms were better in the study group than the control group, and the improvement rate of abdominal pain, anorexia, lassitude and other clinical symptoms were significantly higher than that of control group（P<0.05）. There was a significant difference in Hp clearance rate between the two groups（P<0.05）. The Hp clearance rate of the study group （92.50%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （67.50%） （P<0.05）. Conclusion The soothing liver and invigorating spleen formula can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, the clearance of Hp and the recovery of gastric mucosa in patients with liver-qi stagnation and spleen-deficiency type of spleen and stomach disease with curative effect, which is worth promoting in clinical use.
