[摘 要] 目的 探讨多普勒超声联合颈动脉超声应用于脑卒中的临床效果.方法 该研究方便选取2015年2月—2017年2月期间该院神经内科病房收治脑卒中患者45例作为实验组,同时以同时期在该院健康体检者45例作为对照组,两组患者均采取多普勒超声联合颈动脉超声检查,观察两组患者的颈动脉、颅内动脉及血管狭窄情况.结果 实验组患者检查后提示颈动脉病变及颅动脉硬化等疾病显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).单纯颈动脉超声检测阳性率为86.67%(39/45),检测阴性率為13.33%(6/45);单纯多普勒超声检测阳性率为88.89%(40/45),检测阴性率为11.11%(5/45);多普勒超声联合颈动脉超声检测阳性率为95.56%(43/45),检测阴性率为4.45%(2/45),多普勒超声联合颈动脉超声能够显著提高患者的检测阳性率,比单纯多普勒超声、颈动脉超声具有更高的检测阳性率.结论 多普勒超声联合颈动脉超声应用于脑卒中患者有较高的阳性率,能够正确评估患者病变部位,给临床诊治提供精确有效的依据,值得临床推广应用.

Application of Doppler Ultrasound and Carotid Artery Ultrasound Examinations in Diagnosis of Stroke

[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of Doppler ultrasound and carotid artery ultrasound examinations in diagnosis of stroke. Methods 45 cases of stroke patients admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were conveniently selected as the experimental group, and 45 cases of healthy physical examination people in our hospital at the same period were selected as the control group, and both groups were treated with Doppler ultrasound and carotid artery ultrasound examinations, and the carotid artery, intracranial artery and carotid artery stenosis of the two groups were observed. Results After examination, the incidence rate of carotid artery changes and cranial arteriosclerosis diseases in the experimental group were obviously higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05), and the positive rate and negative rate of simple carotid artery ultrasound was respectively 86.67%(39/45) and 13.33%(6/45), and the positive rate and negative rate of simple Doppler ultrasound were respectively 88.89%(40/45) and 11.11%(5/45) and the positive rate and negative rate of Doppler ultrasound and carotid artery ultrasound examinations were respectively 95.56%(43/45) and 4.45%(2/45), and the combined test could improve the positive rate. Conclusion The positive rate of Doppler ultrasound and carotid artery ultrasound examinations in diagnosis of stroke is higher, which can accurately evaluate the lesions of patients thus providing an effective basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
