[摘 要] 目的 探讨小麦纤维素颗粒联合美常安治疗成人便秘的临床疗效.方法 便利选取该院肛肠科2015年8月—2017年2月对收治的100例成人便秘患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组50例；对照组给以单一药物治疗,试验组使用小麦纤维素颗粒联合美常安治疗.比较2组患者临床症状指标、临床疗效、不良反应. 结果 对照组治疗后1周排便时间（10.05±4.22）h排便次数（1.04±0.58）次；治疗后2周排便时间（8.15±2.07）h排便次数（0.95±0.24）次；试验组治疗后1周排便时间（9.04±3.04）h排便次数（0.8±0.54）次；治疗后2周排便时间（5.48±1.25）h排便次数（0.95±0.24）次；治疗后首次排便时间及排便次数和治疗前相比均有显著改善（P<0.05）,试验组次排便时间及排便次数显著优于对照组（P<0.05）.试验组治疗总有效率（88.00%）显著高于对照组（68.00%）（P<0.05）；试验组不良事假发生情况（8.00%）明显低于对照组（28.00%）（P<0.05）. 结论 小麦纤维素颗粒联合美常安治疗成人便秘疗效确切,且临床用药更加安全,值得推荐使用.

[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to investigate the clinical efficacy of testa triticum tricum purif combined with medilac-S in the treatment of adult constipation. Methods A total of 100 adult patients with constipation admitted in this hospital from August 2015 to February 2017 were convenient selection and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with single drug. The experimental group was treated with testa triticum tricum purif combined with medilac-S. The clinical symptoms, clinical efficacy, adverse reactions of two groups of patients were compared. Results In the control group after one week the defecation time was （10.05±4.22）h, defecation times were （1.04±0.58）times； 2 weeks after treatment of defecation time was （8.15±2.07）h, defecation times were （0.95±0.24）times； the experimental group one week after treatment of defecation time was（9.04±3.04）h, defecation times were （0.8±0.54）times； two weeks of defecation was（5.48±1.25）, defecation times were （0.95±0.24）times after treatment； the first defecation time and the defecation times were significantly improved compared with that before treatment（P<0.05）, defecation time and defecation times in the experimental group were significantly better than the control group（P<0.05）. The total effective rate in experimental group was 88.00%, significantly higher than the control group of 68.00%（P<0.05）； the incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was 8.00%, significantly lower than the control group of 28.00% （P<0.05）. Conclusion The effect of testa triticum tricum purif combined with medilac-S in the treatment of adult constipation is accurate, and the clinical medication is safer, so it is worthy of recommendation.
