[摘 要] 目的 分析冠心病患者PCI术后康复治疗的应用及可行性.方法 方便选择该院2015年1月—2016年3月收治的60例冠心病患者作为该次的研究对象,对常规组采取一般治疗方案,对实验组患者采取综合康复治疗方案,对比两组患者治疗前后的心率、血压、血脂变化情况与心血管事件发生率.结果 治疗后,比较两组患者的心率、收缩压、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇水平差异有统计学意义,其中实验组患者数据分别为（67.52±8.52）次/min、（135.96±22.08）mmHg、（2.36±0.78）μmmol/L,（P<0.05）；实验组患者治疗后复发心绞痛、心肌梗死、支架内狭窄发生率分别为6.67%、0.00%、0.00%,与常规组相比明显较低（P<0.05）；比较两组患者治疗后心源性猝死发生率差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）.结论 对冠心病患者PCI术后进行综合康复治疗的意义显著,值得实践推广.

Research on Application and Feasibility of Rehabilitation Treatment of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease after PCI Surgery

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the application and feasibility of rehabilitation treatment of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI surgery. Methods 60 cases of patients with coronary heart disease admitted and treated in our hospital from January 13, 2015 to March 18, 2016 were convenient selected, and the routine group adopted the general treatment program, while the experimental group adopted the comprehensive rehabilitation treatment program, and the heart rates, changes of blood pressure and blood liquid and incidence rate of cardiovascular events were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment the differences in the heart rate, systolic pressure, low density lipoprotein-cholesterol level were obvious, which were respectively （67.52±8.52）times/min, （135.96±22.08）mmHg, （2.36±0.78）μmmol/L in the experimental group（P<0.05）, after treatment, the incidence rates of angina pectoris, myocardial infarction and stent stenosis were respectively 6.67%、0.00%、0.00%, and they were obviously reduced compared with those in the routine group（P<0.05）, and there was no obvious difference in the incidence rate of sudden cardiac death between the two groups（P>0.05）. Conclusion The significance of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI surgery is obvious, which is practice and promotion.

冠心病在臨床上较为常见,属于老年患者的一类常见病与多发病,随着近些年来冠脉支架植入手术的开展与药物洗脱支架进入临床,导致PCI治疗方案受到了许多医务工作人员与患者的认可,但是临床上存在某些合并基础疾病的患者,对于PCI治疗方案的了解程度降低,导致术后康复治疗的依从性不佳,使得疾病治疗效果受到一定的影响,降低了日常生活质量[1-2].为此,该次研究方便选取2015年1月—2016年3月收治的60例冠心病患者,在采取PCI术后给予康复治疗方案,分析其应用价值,现报道如下.
