[摘 要] 目的 研究超声胃充盈造影检查对胃癌患者T分期的诊断情况,分析超声胃充盈造影对胃癌患者的诊断价值.方法 方便选取59例该院2014年3月—2016年8月期间收治的胃癌患者作为研究对象,所有患者均进行手术治疗并以术后病理检查结果为金标准.术前患者行超声胃充盈造影检查,观察超声胃充盈造影对患者胃癌T分期的诊断结果,对比病理结果判断超声胃充盈造影对胃癌患者诊断的准确性. 结果 超声胃充盈造影对胃癌诊断率高达100%,和病理检查差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）.超声胃充盈造影对胃癌患者T1、T2、T3、T4分期诊断率分别为85.71%、93.33%、93.75%、95.24%,和病理检查对比差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）.结论 超声胃充盈造影对胃癌的诊断率较高,且对胃癌患者T分期情况诊断较为准确,适合作为胃癌术前T分期的常规检查方法.

[Abstract] Objective To research the application value of gastric contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in the T staging of gastric cancer. Methods 59 cases of gastric cancer patients admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2014 to August 2016 were conveniently selected and all patients were treated with operation and the postoperative pathological examination results were used as the golden standards, and the patients underwent the gastric contrast-enhanced ultrasonography before operation and the diagnostic results of gastric contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in the T staging of gastric cancer were observed and the accuracy of gastric contrast-enhanced ultrasonography to the patients with gastric cancer was compared. Results The diagnostic rate of gastric contrast-enhanced ultrasonography to the gastric cancer was as high as 100% and there was no difference compared with the pathological examination results（P>0.05）, and the diagnostic rates of gastric contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in the T1, T2, T3, T4 stages of patients with gastric cancer were respectively 85.71%, 93.33%, 93.75%, 95.24%, and there was no difference compared with the pathological examination results（P>0.05）. Conclusion The diagnostic rate of gastric contrast-enhanced ultrasonography for gastric cancer is high, and the diagnosis to the T staging situations of patients with gastric cancer is accurate, which is suitable to be a routine examination method of T stages of gastric cancer before surgery.

胃癌是臨床上消化系统恶性肿瘤中的一种,胃癌的病理分期和预后具有密切关系,因此判断胃癌患者术前T分期情况有助于临床实施针对性治疗以及判断预后效果[1].既往临床均采用胃镜检查或病理组织检查,均为有创检查,限制了临床的推广和应用[2].随着超声技术和超声造影剂的不断发展,超声胃充盈造影检查成为临床上检查胃疾病的重要方式,对胃癌的检查具有一定价值,越来越受到临床专家学者的关注和重视.该文对该院2014年3月—2016年8月期间收治的59例胃癌患者进行超声胃充盈造影检查,探讨超声胃充盈造影对胃癌患者的诊断率以及对胃癌患者T分期的判断结果,现报道如下.
