摘 要：目的 利用文本挖掘方法分析中西医结合治疗脑梗死的中药、西药联合使用情况,为脑梗死的临床用药提供数据支持.方法 在中国知识资源总库、万方数据库和中国生物医学文献数据库中收集中西医结合治疗脑梗死的文献,整理筛选后,人工提取文献信息,采用频数分析、网络分析、关联分析等方法分析中西医结合治疗脑梗死的用药情况.结果 共检索到文献1549篇.阿司匹林、胞二磷胆碱、低分子右旋糖酐等为最常使用的西药,自拟方剂、补阳还五汤加减、血塞通等为最常使用的中药,自拟方剂与胞二磷胆碱、补阳还五汤加减和低分子右旋糖酐、自拟方剂和阿司匹林等为常见的中西药联用组合.结论 在临床研究中治疗脑梗死时中西医联合用药,以西医抗血小板聚集的药物和中药拟观察的药物联合为主.

Analysis on Medication Condition of Integrative TCM and Western Medicine Treatment for Cerebral Infarction Basing on Text Mining

Abstract： Objective To analyze the medication condition of TCM and Western medicine in integrative TCM and Western medicine treatment for cerebral infarction based on text mining； To provide data support for clinical medication of cerebral infarction. Methods The literature about integrative TCM and Western medicine treatment for cerebral infarction in China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang Data and China Biology Medicine Literature Database. After sorting, the literature information was extracted artificially, and then frequency analysis, network analysis, correlation analysis and other methods were used to discover the medication condition of integrative TCM and Western medicine treatment for cerebral infarction. Results 1549 articles were retrieved. Aspirin, citicoline, and low molecular weight dextran were the most commonly used Western medicine, and self-made prescription, Buyang Huanwu Decoction plus and minus, Xuesetong were the most commonly used TCM. Self-made prescription and citicoline, Buyang Huanwu Decoction plus and minus and dextran, self-made prescription and aspirin were the most commonly used integrative TCM and Western medicine combinations. 脑梗死是临床最常见的急症之一,具有高发病率、高致残率、高病死率的特点,严重影响患者的生活质量,也给患者家庭带来沉重的精神及经济负担.目前,中西医结合治疗脑梗死已非常普遍,并已从基础和临床方面做了广泛的研究,积累了大量的医学文献,这些文献为深入挖掘中西医结合治疗脑梗死的用药规律提供了丰富的数据资源.本研究从文献数据中挖掘中西医治疗脑梗死的用药规律,旨在为临床医生用药提供参考,为发挥中西医结合治疗脑梗死的优势提供数据支持.
1 数据来源与研究方法
1.1 数据采集
在中国知识资源总库（CNKI）、万方数据库和中国生物医学文献数据库（CBM）同时进行检索.
